During my recent stay at the Waterford, I found it to be a solid option for anyone seeking a convenient base at a reasonable price. The location is just a short walk from the beach, making it an excellent spot for strolls along the coast. The hotel features a restaurant that serves hearty portions; the chowder was particularly noteworthy. While the hotel offers basic accommodations, cleanliness was never in question, and a comfortable bed made for sound sleep after long days of exploring. Breakfast was decent, catering well to all tastes and again, offered great value for money-given all that is on offer. What stood out was the friendly staff, who were welcoming despite our late arrival. The presence of free Wi-Fi in rooms and the bar/lounge area added to the experience without straining the wallet. It's a balance between comfort and cost that resonates.
